中国常驻联合国亚太经社会代表刁鸣生一行到龟峰实地考察 3月1日，中国常驻联合国亚太经社会代表刁鸣生，江西省住房和城乡建设厅副巡视员曾绍平，江西省世界自然遗产和风景名胜区中心主任丁新权一行对龟峰风景名胜区进行了实地考察，弋阳县委副书记、县政府县县长张志坚，弋阳县委常委、统战部长陈康，龟峰管委会党工委书记张国庆，龟峰管委会主任杨荣成等陪同考察。　　刁鸣生一行先后来到龟峰遗产展示中心、景区监控中心、展示中心、龟峰景区展示沙盘、神龟迎宾、桂花园、振衣台、四声谷、将军楼等景点考察，考察中，刁鸣生对龟峰得天独厚的自然资源和象形奇特自然景观赞不绝口，并详细询问了龟峰联合申报世界自然遗产的进展情况，刁鸣生对龟峰景区在申报世界自然遗产过程中所做的大量工作给予了高度评价，并勉励大家继续做好申遗的下一步工作，争取早日进入世界自然遗产之列。
