龟峰拉开申遗综合整治工作的序幕随着“轰”的一声巨响，伴着“隆隆”的机器声，原龟峰入口的牌楼今日正式拆除，这标志着龟峰申遗综合治理工作从该日起全面铺开。今年1月24日，经国务院批准，我国向联合国教科文组织世界遗产中心推荐龙虎山·龟峰为2010年中国丹霞系列申遗提名地之一之后，根据江西省世界自然遗产委员会领导小组的意见，经过专家论证、技术研讨、合理规划、责任分工，龟峰申遗工作领导小组结合龟峰申遗的具体情况，制定了详实的综合治理措施与步骤。3月17日16时30分，原龟峰入口的第一道景观——龟峰牌楼正式拆除。在今后的三个多月的时间里，龟峰综合整治工作将全面铺开，并按照申遗工作的各个时间点及时完成，从而以一个全新的姿态迎接联合国申遗专家的考察。
